Laces Sports Management is a sports agency built on proximity.
Our players know us well, and we’re never more than a call or a message away. That closeness and trust matters - we are your extended family. Talent gets a player noticed, but what surrounds them decides how far they go. Plenty of gifted players never make it. Not for lack of ability, but because of the wrong environment, isolation or poor advice. We are here to make sure that does not happen.
Close to home, built for the world
We know the pitches, coaches and academies and the routes that lead from them to the teams and leagues at the top of the game. From academy to first team and into the international game, the pathway runs as far as the talent allows.
WHAT WE DO

FOR PLAYERS
Bring the appetite and talent. We’ll bring the rest.
You get senior attention. Decisions made with you, not for you. And a direct line to us, whenever you need it.
You just focus on your game.
Your agent. In the room.
Nick Andrews is an FA and FIFA licensed football agent with twenty‑five years across the media and sports industry. He negotiates your contracts, your loans and your transfers, whilst maximising your sponsorship and commercial deals enhancing your personal brand. Clear strategy is aligned, each deal made with the next one in mind, because your first deal shapes your career that follows.
Your pathway. Mapped out.
We write your career plan with you and with those that matter to you, recognising where your game is now and where it can go, and exactly what we’ll do to get it there. Then everyone around you pulls in the same direction. Your team off the pitch is in place.
